CANCELLATION 

• If your order is cancelled because of any reason, please call us on +917058114004. If there is any outstanding, settlement will be done within 10 working days.                                                                                                                                                                                       
• If a customer wants to reschedule the delivery, kindly inform us between 9 am to 5 pm through any of the following modes:     
• 1.Contact us via Whatsapp message or call us on 7058114004 .
• 2.Please avoid using any digital platform like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram for rescheduling of orders. Kindly do not email us the order changes or give any information regarding order changes to the delivery boys.  
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

REFUND POLICY                                                                                                                                                                                  

• Refund initiated once we receive a complaint along with batch details and product photograph please share all these details on Mohiniraj Agro customer care whatsapp no.and email for smooth communication.  

 EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE) 

• We only replace or refund items if they are damaged at the time of delivery.                                                                               

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS                                                                                                                                                               

• If you have not received refund yet,first check your bank account again,next contact your bank there is often some processing time before refund posted.
