Delivery Information

Mohiniraj Agro endeavors to provide the most convenient delivery time as required by the consumer,Mohiniraj Agro cannot commit any time fixed for delivery. The order for Milk & Dairy products should be placed before 5 pm and the same will be delivered on the following day from 4 am to 8 am. Deliveries may get delayed on certain days due to extreme weather conditions or governmental regulatory activities. Currently, Our Milk & Milk Products are being delivered to addresses in Pune only .

While placing the order the customer shall provide the following details:

1.Name of the Recipient

2.Flat Number/Bungalow Number

3.Name of the Building/Society

4.Name of the Road/Street/Marg

5.Contact Number Landline/Mobile

6.Proper/familiar Landmark

7.Email address

After the order is accepted by Mohiniraj Agro, a confirmation email or SMS,will be sent or call will be made to the customer.

The delivery will be made to the shipping address mentioned at the time of placing the order.The consignment will not be redirected/redelivered to any other address under any circumstances.

Mohiniraj Agro delivery agent will attempt delivery of the products once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall book the next delivery attempt by calling customer care after 2nd non successful delivery attempt customer still be charged for the order and no redelivery attempt will be made.

Mohiniraj Agro will consider the order as “EXECUTED” in the following cases :

Delivery not done due to wrong address given by the customers

1.Non-availability of the recipients at the address;

2.Premises locked, Wrong phone number or phone not working or switched off or not reachable when tried by the delivery agent of Mohiniraj Agro .

3.Addressee refused to accept the products.

4.Delivered the product at the security cabin of the building/Reception/Neighbour, based on the instructions given by the customer.
